"Platform" refers to the Tourabia website and any associated applications. "Vendor" refers to any business or individual listing luxury vehicles or yachts on the platform. "Customer" refers to any user browsing, inquiring, or booking through the platform. "Listing" refers to any vehicle or yacht advertised on the platform.
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle and at least 18 years old to charter a yacht through our platform. A valid UAE or international driving license is required for all car rentals. Additional age restrictions may apply for certain vehicle categories.
All bookings are subject to vendor confirmation and availability. Prices displayed on the platform are indicative and may vary based on season, duration, and special requirements. Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the customer and vendor. Tourabia may charge a service fee on completed bookings.
Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are displayed on each listing. Free cancellation is typically available up to 48 hours before the booking start time. Late cancellations may incur charges as specified by the vendor. Tourabia is not responsible for vendor-specific cancellation policies.
All vehicles listed on Tourabia must carry valid UAE insurance. Customers are responsible for any damage during the rental period as per the vendor's terms. Security deposits may be required and are handled directly by the vendor. Tourabia acts as a marketplace and is not liable for incidents during rentals.
Vendors must maintain valid UAE trade licenses and insurance. All listings must accurately represent the vehicle or yacht. Vendors are responsible for vehicle maintenance, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations. Tourabia reserves the right to remove listings or suspend vendor accounts for non-compliance.

Tourabia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
